Hi, I’m taci clay, mA, ADHD-CCSP.

I am a Registered Mental Health Intern specializing in ADHD coaching, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness practices and LGBTQIA+ issues. My journey into therapy stems from a deep-seated passion for helping individuals accept where they are and understand the waves of energy and productivity our brains give us.

In my practice, I draw from my clinical mental health background, my personal experience as an ADHD individual, and ongoing ADHD research to provide a holistic approach as your coach. Mindfulness is an integral part of my framework so I can help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion that helps to manage sensory sensitivities and emotional regulation.

My Approach

I believe in considering the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to promote overall well-being and success. Mindfulness practices are integral to my coaching methodology, helping clients develop self-awareness, clarity, and focus in pursuit of their goals. I create a supportive and affirming environment, emphasizing clients' strengths and potential to overcome challenges and achieve their aspirations. My coaching style is solution-focused, empowering clients to identify and implement practical strategies to move forward and achieve their desired outcomes.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is at the core of my coaching philosophy, guiding clients to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and the present moment.

Meet you where you are

I prioritize empathy, understanding, and non-judgmental acceptance. Every individual comes with their unique experiences, perspectives, and challenges, and it's essential to honor and respect their journey.
